Refund Policy
At Boston Bay, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 1 and December 15 are eligible for an extended return or exchange period until January 15.
Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
